Calls and letters are great, but there's still nothing like being there.

If you are planning to attend the Virginia HIMSS Advocacy Day, please use the links below to get the phone numbers for your representatives.

Contact your delegates and senators as soon as possible to schedule an appointment to meet with them on February 1, 2011 between 2pm - 4pm.

This is the best way to be guaranteed some face time with your legislators. If you schedule an appointment with your legislator, please send an email to marydawn.bovatsek@vahimss.org. We would like to keep track of which legislators are meeting with a HIMSS representative that day.
